FUNCTIONS

• To review the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws.
• To act on suggestions for the revision of the Constitution and Bylaws.
• To make recommendations for revision of the Constitution and Bylaws.
• To prepare the proposed revision of the Constitution and Bylaws for distribution to members.
• To transmit to the ALA Committee on Constitution and Bylaws all changes in the NJLA Constitution and Bylaws as they are adopted by the membership.
