FUNCTIONS

To review the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws.
To act on suggestions for the revision of the Constitution and Bylaws.
To make recommendations for revision of the Constitution and Bylaws.
To prepare the proposed revision of the Constitution and Bylaws for distribution to members.
To transmit to the ALA Committee on Constitution and Bylaws all changes in the NJLA Constitution and Bylaws as they are adopted by the membership.
